Wax Removal

I remember a thread some months back about what to use to remove wax of the black plastic strips on the car. What was it? I seem to remember someone suggesting old sump oil????

i use bumper cleaner from autoglym

works a treat

Yep - Ive got to say that works a treat for me too. Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber Care I like its called.

Thanx guys.. Got some AutoGlym bumper cleaner yesterday. Brought them up all like new

yeah but when the bumper care fades away what then? I have this from auto glym too.

Believe it or not I have used peanut butter (not crunchy please), plenty of fresh water and for the final touch some armor-all type of dressing.

Works great!
