Weather Strips?

Hi guys, the weather strips seem to be coming away from both sides of the windscreen an I was just wondering what's the best way of getting this fixed? They seem cracked at the top aswell, but only the sides, the top one seems fine, so I'm guessing I just need new side ones, any idea how, where an how much lol?
