Wee problem

Hey i just wanted to ask a wee question, its going to be a long explanation sorry

My mum bought the brand new clio medianav and as you know all the music is played through bluetooth or USB lead but when she has it on bluetooth the songs jump, almost like when you have a scratch on a cd but when it is plugged into the USB the songs don't jump! Strange i know but it gets stranger, the songs play with the correct title etc and then they randomly start saying it's like LMFAO singing when its actually NEYO :-S seriously confused. Last but not least when you are using the satnav you can type in the first 3 numbers or letters of the postcode you want to go to but it doesn't let you put anymore in! So you have to say leave it with G67 and when you are near the area you want to go to you have to then go into the custom settings and search for the place you want to go to..... surely thats not right??

I know one person that has had the same and renault technical said the software wasn't update enough for her phone because its the iphone 5 and she basically has to cope with this until renault bring out more update software. We are using an iphone 4 and 4s with it.

Anyways i just wanted to know if anyone has had or knows anyone else that has experienced this problem aswell.

You probably won't get much help with the clio 4 on here yet as its so new! Have you tried linking your phone to it and seeing if yours does the same thing?

sean6545 i have used my phone aswell my blackberry and iphone and both do the same and my mums friend has the same clio and uses an iphone 5 with hers and has the same problems with the music but her satnav lets her put the full postcode in. (think the radio is going to be a common fault with these cars :-S)

It has been back into the dealer for over a week and they have gave us the car back while they wait for renault france getting back to them as all the things renault technical told them to do didnt solve the problem.

Kelv you the funny guy?? hahaha dont think i would put that kind of problem in the technical area of a car forum lol
