Weight Issues!

Car  172 Silver Cup
I have recently taken out back seats, spare wheel and kit. Was thinking about taking all the trim out but is it really worth it? I am thinking that if I take to much out will effect the balance of the car? Whats people views?

Weigh all the stuff you take out, then work out how much BHP per ton you gain.

No issues with balance, can get a little lively at the back but still progressive when it does.

Power to weight? If I'd taken nothing out of my Cup, I'd have 182 bhp/ton.

As it is, with 99% of all the trim removed, it's at 205 bhp/ton.

To get that from adding power alone if the full interior remained I'd need another 24 bhp which would cost a fair bit...but stripping the crap out costs nothing :approve:
