quite a bit i would of thought although not enough to notice any gains i wouldnt have thought? I took my spare wheel off my valver (to have a new tyre fitted) and cos its a steel wheel its suprising how heavy it was.

Go for a drive, then come back, take out the spare wheel and rear seats parcel shelf etc, then go for another drive. Youll notice the difference.

put everything in a plastic bag and weigh it! i reckon a good 5 stone! which for my 1.4 makes a good difference but not sure bout a cup!

For long distance journeys, I purchased a spare wheel just in case (not much faith in the foam). With the wheel in the back I didnt notice any appreciable difference and she still pulled like a mailto:b@stard">b@stard on the motorway...

the seats are minimal........maybe a few KG if your lucky...my parcel shelf with speakers weighs mroe than my bench and backrest.

Perhaps I can go on record as having the heaviest Cup! Dont know about fastest but mine is the heaviest!
