Weird iPad scroll line?

I've only noticed this recently, I'm sure it didn't do it before.
Basically I scroll down, and a grey horizontal bar appears in the middle of the screen, wtf is that about?!

Sounds like you've undocked the keyboard.

Take a screenshot (Power then home button)

I've been quietly annoyed by this for the past week, I make this thread and it disappears instantly..

I literally did nothing to turn it off! Hmm

I'm having the same issue. Appears to happen when you zoom in on a web page. Doesn't matter how much zoom but once you return to fully zoomed out view it disappears.
