Renault Clio MK4 RS
Ive had this for a few weeks now but it seems to of got more louder.
When the car is stationary with the engine running, when i rev the engine, theres like a very fast ticking noise coming from the engine. Also when driving there seems to be a fast ticking noise and it gets slightly louder and faster the higher i rev?
Ive got a 2001 1.2 8v and just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation? Ive heard a number of different issues it 'May' be such as the tappets? or the rod connected to the piston? even a drive belt/pulley problem? im presuming its going to be an expensive fix no matter what!
