Weird resonance sound, Clio 1,2 2001

Hello! First post here and ofcourse it's about a problem ;)
I have a weird resonance sound i think is comming from somewhere in the front of the car. To make it easier to understand what the problem is i made a 15 sec youtube video of the noise.

It´s super loud in real life. It gets worse when i turn the steeringwheel a couple of degrees to the left and stops when i apply slight pressure to the brake pedal.

It isn't depending on speed or RPM, but when i drive over a pothole i hear a small diffrence in the resonance tone. It seems to have it´s orign somewhere in the front of the car.

Renault Clio 2001. 1,2 liter petrol engine.

Do you guys have any idea what could be wrong? I'm thinking breakdiscs but im not an expert.

I would very much appriciate any input!

With regards,
Patrick
