Went for a little drive.....56k

....and fell in love with my car again.

Was getting rather bored of it because I was only ever driving it to work and back, on the same roads all the time.

Had a bit of spare time so decided a drive and some pics were in order.

Here is the route I took
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&s...4.450922&sspn=0.011885,0.042272&num=10od=ACEU

Total Mileage - around 60 miles
Total Time - Around 2 hours 15 minutes
Fuel Used - Around 1/8 of a tank
Average MPG - 45mpg

Anyway, comments on the pics welcome

I managed it doing 60mph up the motorway and dual carriageways. Then the single track roads I was doing no more than 30mph anyway as it gets quite tight and you can't see if anythings coming.

Normally average 42mpg with day to day driving

Its the MOD road that goes across from Inverbeg over to the A814.

Its not a fast road but the scenery is amazing.

Worth a visit if you have a decent camera for some cracking pictures

Yeah, thats where i go wrong really. Think my average is 36mpg.haha.

Looks like a great little drive, might have to take myself on a little trip.

36mpg? LOL

How do you drive? Mine is only ever as low as 36 when I boot it everywhere. Don't like doing that as I kinda like this car and want to kinda take care of it, unlike my last one :p

I cant wait to do stuff like this, just the freedom that cars bring.

You not passed your test yet mate no?

When I passed my test, that was the best day of my life by a long way. So far anyway.

Best feeling in the world.

And to top it all off, you can find roads like these with stunning views :D
