Its a Ph1 172 bumper, as in on the front of every Ph1 172 ever made.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they are. The ph2 ones are anyway

New wings will be needed too as they connet at different points, you might alo possibly need sport side skirts to go with the wings as they could poke out at the bottom otherwise.
