What cable for ps3 to bt homehub?

Should be wireless. If not, an ethernet cable that looks like this:

It is wireless but has been a bit s**t recently so thought I would try a cable connection. Ok so I need an Ethernet cable. Thanks :)

How far is your hub from the PS3? My hub plays silly f*****s once in a while and it's right next to the PS3.

I might try using an ethernet cable as it will probably be a lot more reliable! Let me know how you find it?

Mine is about 4 foot away.

I will see how it gets on. Never used wired connection with ps3 since owning it.

on my laptop i get 500kb/s downloads and as soon as I put the cable in it jumps up to 1mb/s

do it, especially if it's only 4ft... get a cable off ebay for a quid if you are feeling cheap instead of going pc world/maplin etc

get 100%

Got the cable, all worked ok, but i am pretty certain I have an error with my PS3 as it comes up saying the ethernet cable is not connected :/ Worked for sometime then stopped etc.

May just have to get a newer ps3 in the end.

Homehubs better than the cheap s**t from sky I'm barely getting 60% strength now, anyone know anything about unlocking the homehub for other ISP's?

try a laptop with the cable to prove it's not your cable/router

disabled wireless on the ps3? (although i would assume it should go off by itself)

you dont have any funky settings in your router by any chance?
