what could be blocking me from downloading?

i'm having trouble downloading, they start then get errors? any ideas/suggestions?

i can now download stuff like avg, azureus etc, but i cant download any music off it, it starts then stops because of errors, looks like i will have to get back onto dell like you say, as you can imagine its getting right on my tits!

of course, i just downloaded azyreus off download.com, i presumed you didnt need to do anything else to set it up?

im sure someone can explain it better than i can, but when you set up azureus, it asks for a port number tcp/ip i think it is. this port needs to be open on your routers configuration as sometimes it can be blocked and restrict you from downloading on that port number.

boot azureus and at the bottom, check if the NAT is ok (hover over it)

What exactly are you trying to download, if its through azzureus there just might not be any seeds available?
