What do i do to fit a speed dial surround?

I got this from a clio sport member.

where do i start to get my speed dial out to replace it with this?

Dash top off so you can get the dials out. Then split the dials and swap the surrounds, then rifit and chuck the top back on.

Easy peasy, takes me a couple of mins to get dash out!
