What do you recommend for rb?

Hey.. I'm just thought as the weather seems to be nice atm I wanna try get my car cleaned up as its been a while since its been cleaned , just wondered what's the best stuff to use to get swirls out ? Do I need one of the polishing machines ? If I do what's the best stuff to use with it? Sorry for the questions just not soo knowledgable with cleaning cars , also know any good places to get the polishing machines from ? Thanks Adam
