what does the ph2 172 immobiliser cut?

as per title really, at present my immobiliser isnt coded but when cranking i have no spark, no injection pulse and no fuel pump prime, is that right?


the fuel pump does power up (you hear a donk from the pump)when you turn the ignition on for a split second but thats it.
it also runs if you earth the relay so i would imagine its the ecu not tellling it to power up

also, the electric throttle with the engine off it only seems to be working at the midway point ie the throttle is closed all the way down to the pedal half down then it shoots fully open no graduation, is this normal with the engine off?
pedal is ok as it worked fine with the 1.2

It doesn't "cut" anything I think, the ECU just doesn't work as its still locked until a proper coded key authorises it. It probably won't be energising the fuel pump and injector lock relays as well.

well thats cheered me up somewhat, heres me thinking i've got loads of problems lol
