What exhaust ?????????????????????

I have recently purchased a full system scorpion exhaust for my clio 16 valve but am disappointed with it. There is no difference in noise or performance and the centre box seems to hang down under the car so it catches on the road alot of the time. I need to change this and was wondering what anyone would recommend me getting. Does anyone have an opinion on a magnex or mongoose and is there anything i need to get to make the exhaust fit better?

A de-cat will make a big difference from what people have said on here but I've left my cat on as I want to be slightly legal when the old bill pull me... lol

I'd take it back to where you got it fitted and ask them to adjust it so it doesn't hang down. I think the Magnex exhausts include a bracket to prevent it but it involves drilling the floor I think... :S My magnex has been fine without it though Little bit louder but not anti-socially so and freed up a bit of power so it's a lot free-er revving now
