i know very little either about these but they are a way to re-flash your ecu i think - all very fancy techy stuff

Its a wee "doo-dah" you plug into your car and your laptop that when used with the RSTuner software available from fastchip.nl, allows you to remap your car for a ludicrously reasonable price
