What is the pipe for?

Hi all, do you know what this pipe is for. It seems to go to the cabin.

This is on a clio mk4 rs.

Its the symposer sound pipe that sends whooshy noises into the cabin.

Most of us have blanked it off.

yep as above, I've completely removed mine from the scuttle area too, cant say I noticed much difference in noise.

I was wrong! So I removed it. You vultures.

I didn’t know the mk4 had a sound generator pipe thing.

@Sash - what pipe did you use as it looks like you didn't blank it off but got a replacement pipe (unless I can't see the blanking in the pic)

@Adey. - do you have a link to where you got the blanking plug thing you used?

@Fredsta yes, you’re totally right, the pipe circled has been replaced to remove the symposer pipe. I’m not sure where it came from if I’m honest but @Ricardos might be able to remember as it was his doing!
