What laptop upto £400



the thing with the mac is that it would have to be an intel and to get that with a good size screen it would have to be a macbook pro = well over 400

doesn't have to be a macbook pro but still it will be more than 400. Got mine for 240 brand new as well, lol. All legal as well.

I'd stay away from Acer, their failure rates are high and they have appalling customer service. I have a mate who used to work for them and said they were an absolute nightmare.
I bought a Dell for a friend of the familly and had it for a few days to take the crap off. Was really impressed with it. Pretty quick and quiet, good wifi etc. If all you are using it for is basic stuff then I'd highly recomend it.

Acer are the 3rd most reliable out of the top 10 brands in this country, guess whats last... Apple. I was suprised to see this as I assumed it would be the reverse.
