What lead do i need?

I want a lead to connect to this with the same plug on both ends to connect my laptop to the pc port on my tv.

You could use one of these to from your headphone port on the laptop to the phono in on your tv, usually next to the tv's vga port.

If the laptop has hdmi though you'd be better off using that as it would be just one cable then for audio and video.

you'd have to check the tv as i know my samsung tv uses 3.5 mm on the tv for vga input
