Supersprint exh manifold
green panel filter in standard airbox
Decat
Scorpion exhaust

Martin had the limitor upped i think, and fitted coilovers, and willy track!

I always thought the Banana was a valver 1.8!!!! Now thats why it was so fast!

Did it ever crack the 13's? Can't remember.

i know this post has been gone for a long time but, did the banana have no headwork?
im having an engine built soon and would like the car perform similar to the nana, is the 180bhp(??) figure normal for the mods done or was the car unusauly quick?

no headwork, but this was a strong engine in the first place!

even without the cams, map, manifold, etc it still ran 14.3 1/4 mile!

most 2.0's with the same mods will be around the 170-180hp mark! the 2ltrs respond to mods much better than the 1.8's

Sounds a bit like mine First mk1 to do 14.0 on stnd cams is what I'm aiming for..:evil:
