What nuts are these?

What does it matter what BOLT it is? Surly you should be asking how can I get it off?

Just a locking wheel bolt...
try hamering a smaller socket oer it, or go halfords and buy a remover...

Probably not they look likw after market affairs

Likes been said whack a socket on and it should come undone - a 6 point one of impact flavour is your best bed
