What panel filter !?

I know this has been covered many of times but they are all over the place, I know that I want a panel filter as I have read enough times that open induction kits give no performance gains I'm just struggling which panel filter to get

Standard. None will give a performance gain on an F4R.

So there is absolutely no benefit having a k&n or pipercross, also people say doing the 98ron map it's worth having exhaust induction etc, is the standard filter going to benefit the 98ron map

Top man, I'll just grab the oil, I belive they can be cleaned with petrol?
