You should use DDR2 6400 mate, not worth going on higher up the scale for now, that's the 'standard' RAM to use. Don't bother with flashy high costing low CS stuff either, DDR2 isn't as fussy as DDR on timings.
Iv just been out the computer industry for abit and didn't understand how this dual core/DDR 2 stuff works now but it seems just the same as the old stuff.
