Not strictly correct a LOT of Blu Ray films are not region coded. Just need to find out which ones.

dont think they are region coded as i played a mates blu ray film from america on mine. i think they used to be but not anymore it plays in ntsc rather than pal but that doesnt really mean a lot

HD-DVD are NOT region coded.

Blu-ray discs ARE 'mostly' region coded. They are in regions A,B or C. We are in region B and the US are region A. Some discs (such as spiderman) are A,B+C.

Saw I and II are region free, only SAW III is region locked in the US.
