This morning i thought i would fully fit my sports bodykit before sending off to be sprayed just to make sure everything was there and whether it would fit. I recently purchased some 25mm hubcentric spacers off someone off here so i thought id best fit those first. This is where things started to go wrong. I fitted one side perfectly. But then on the other side, i fitted the spacer to my hub and tightened them on. I then offered my wheel up and started to screw the wheel into the spacer.... and one of the bolts was just spinning, wouldnt go tight. Anyway had it off again and found that one of the holes had next to no threads! WTF (i thought) my life is over. Basically my question is what to do about them. I definitely arent running 3 bolts on the wheel. I was thinking maybe i could take it somewhere and get them to re thread it but that would mean having to use a bigger bolt. And the other option is to buy another one, but ive never seen single ones for sale and they take a huge chunk out of my walet!
Then the second bad part of the morning happened when i was pretty much crying becaise of what happened earlier, and i was laying on the garage floor next to my car, feeling sorry for myself! I was looking at the underside of the car when i noticed the drivers side anti roll bar wasnt attatched! it was just hanging down. The only reason it was hanging down was because i had the opposite side jacked up. So ive lost the bolt for that somewhere! Any ideas where i can get myself a bolt to fit the arb back on
sorry for nagging but i was so p****d off!
