What to get?

Ive got about a grand to spend on my 172 cup. It's standard ish apart from an induction kit. What should i buy? Was thinking about the suspension perhaps or would i be better off spending it on the engine? Any ideas appreciated.

H and R coilovers and then chnage the brakes for uprated ones and new lines etc whne you ned.
Thats £1k spent and much better value than £1k spend on the engine which won't get much more power.
£1k spent on the engine will get you a decat intake manifold work an exhaust and a remap same as Ali has done but he only got about 18hp extra which expensive.

me personally

200 on brakes (braded hoses , uprated pads n discs)
450 on fk coilovers
150 ish for intake matched or wht ever it is
350 ish for a engine remap

a little over budget but , not by much a decat would add a few bhp for another 100 quid
