Rob: Im not going to be doing the online shop, someone else is.

Dick: I wish! The advertising is not exactly a big payer! Now the club is so big, all the overheads have increased, especially the cost of running the website.

Rob, if everyone were members we would be ok, but the forum attracts a lot of people who arent members which cost the club money in site charges. Its not really a problem, just an added expense.
