whats this part called

i have called renault as when a mate got out me passenger seat the little round clip thing that holds the carpet on cracked and fell off! called renault and they said they can get me one but i will have to take my car in so they can get me one when they look at the part to know what to order!Its quite a drive and i would just prefer if some1 knows what its called so i can tell em over the phone!

The round plastic thing in the shape of a drawing pin that holds the carpet!
