I'm in the process of trying to decat my DCI.
On all the guides I can find, the egr setup seems different to mine.

How do I remove this to get to the turbo threads?

thats a Mk3/later engine/egr setup. Not had much to do with it luckily, tbh I can't really tell you how to do anything on a 1.5 these days.

Should be able to get to it from underneath though, but @HMS Derv Destroyer Should know.

its a barst to do but you do it all underneith on them, suport the engine on a jack and take the top engine mount off, pull engine forward slighty and it'll give you more room to play.

egr cooler kit comes off but its abit of a faff. engine lift hook off, then the big alard boost pipe ( the shiney pipe ) then it'll show you the bolts and such to move the cooler out the way. nastly clamp on the egr feed pipe from exhuast manifold.. so be carefull not to butcher it
