What's wrong with my car

Hi everyone I brought a no runner 172 on Saturday, the problem is when I lock the car on the fob the alarm beeps every 10secs or so and hazards flash and doesn't stop, when I unlock it the alarm goes off and immobilser light flashes when the key is in the ignition and it just won't fire its really annoying me now please help
