Wheel bolt help

Hi, just cleaned the 172 and just noticed a locking bolt is missing from the front left wheel. Only had the car two weeks so not sure if it's always been like it.

Any way just wondering what the wheel bolt torque is. Also it's on turinis, if that makes any difference. Not sure of they are the wrong type, came loose or someone has tried nicking the wheels.

Do turini's require different bolts too standard 172 wheels?

I just went round with torque wrench at 100nm and the other three locking bolts were a bit loose too, but non locking bolts clicked off straight away. So am thinking maybe the locking bolts are wrong type? So where can I purchase correct ones?

Any help would be good as I can't find much info by searching.
