Are wheel spacers safe? Could someone please upload a pic of a Clio that hasn't been lowered with spacers on please? Wondering weather it will look okay or not

Good quality hubcentric spacers, which either bolt to hub, or with extended bolts are perfectly safe yes.
Generic spacers, which make all the weight rest on the wheel bolts are not.

FK, H&R, Eibach .

Yes if hubcentric, also need copper grease when fitting
