When driven hard!!!!!

When my 172 is driven hard for a little while you start to get a kind of squeek/metal on metal rub at low speeds coming from under the car, cant be heard from inside only when the windows are down can you hear it.... this then goes once the car has been left for a while (maybe to cool down).... you only hear it once its been driven hard .....so ANY IDEAS?????
