as above, you can see all swrily lines on it :dapprove:

how has that happened? how to prevent it? good clean and polish?

Bad washing you need to correct ther paint with polishes and a rotary polisher. To help prevent it use a good washmitt and the Two bucket method.

One bucket with clean water in it and one with the shampoo rinse the mitt after every panel also a pre foam would help alot and a rotary isnt safe in the hands of a newbie a PC would be better or the Megs 220g

Christ buddy, if you havent had the experience of even washing two bucket style you should seek some advice before you start getting a rotary anywhere near your car!!!

Have a look around on the detailing world forum for advice or ask someone who knows a bit about this on here. Rich or Ali for example.

Yeah, black has nearly broken me as well.haha
But i would stop using the swirl-o-matic (car wash), otherwise it will just get worse. You will need it machin polished to remove the swirls, and then change to a good 2 bucket was method to stop or reduce them coming again.

i would seriously think about just going at your car with a rotary, you could make the paint 100 times worse and even burn through, it takes a good few months i would say to perfect the art, get some scrap panels first and play about with polish pad combo's and different speeds on the rotary.

Ots not a machine to be taken lightly

Strike though is always a danger but more so burning through paintwork is very hard work, as Brazo proved when they tried it on an old bonnet.

Getting a really nice flawless finish by rotary is where the skill is.

Yeah. Getting a nice finish on a bloody clios difficult anyway even my finest MF seem to scratch it when i wipe the bloody poslish off!! grr
