When to swap a cam belt

I have tried to search it but found no luck in what I'm after.

I have a ph2 mk2 2004 1.2 Clio done 44,000 miles, when would you say the belt needs changing never been changed. It looks new still.
When do you thing I should swap it??

As your service book says every 5 years or 72,000 miles whichever comes first

At least The 1.2 doesnt come with same job costs as the 2.0 engine. Me and my mate done the job when I had 1.2. Wasnt even a hard job.

The belt could look perfect one minute and then go the next. Get it done as soon as i'd say.
