Pretty sure you need a machine to flock a dash yourself. Just pay someone to do it properly.

The stuff frost do is pretty good, although i used some stuff a mate got from America and still looked great 2years later on dash strips and a-pillars.

will try and find out what company it was from.

The dash is getting done professionally it's for my custom doorcards I want it as there just Perspex

Without sounding patronizing you do realise that flocking a dash is essentially covering it in glue and dusting black powder over it?

I think people are confused here Dan.

You've asked where to buy dash flocking material. Its a form of dust that electronically charged so you don't want/need that if you're doing your door cards yourself.

Really, you want some black alcantara or similar I guess?

:banghead: Really?? I thought it was a material like alacantara is??

Threads pointless then sorry for my lack of knowledge

If they would read the OP there would be no confusion.

But yeah, black alcantara would be smart!

No, you are wrong.

The OP (As he's already mentioned!!!) wanted to flock the dash himself. Unless he buys a flocking machine, he won't be able to. What's he going to do with a small box of black fibres???

How can he do the door cards himself if he hasn't got a flocking machine?? Do you even know what flocking is??

To sum it up I never was going to do the dash myself I was purely to use on the doorcards as I thought it was a material that could be glued on,, my bad
