Which 50" Plasma

My Aunty is after a new tele and wants a nice 50".

Budget is up to £1200 as she is also splashing out on a Blu Ray player and surround sound system.

Recomendations please?

I preference is either a Pani or a Samsung.

I got the Panasonic one you've listed. It's £1000 from Tesco with 1 year's warranty. It was listed in the Panasonic shop for £1200 but I got it for £1100 with 5 years warranty, Panasonic are getting ready to release the new models so there are deals to be had if you are quick enough.

Yeah that is an awesome set but I think its a little over her budget. Maybe if she wasn't getting Blu ray and surround sound aswell

We install these as are recommended set Awesome bit of kit. Sadly end of the year Pioneer are stopping production of TV's

For the best 50" though you want a Loewe, its LCD but the picture is more outstanding than a Pioneer. Custom built to your spec of colour, PVR capabilities, FreeSat HD, media server and many other options.

For your budget though Panny's are brilliant and some of the new ones aren't to far off the Pioneer!
