Which type-r is this?

as above? I thought this shape was a dc2 but google brings up lots of other cars that arent this for DC2.

IIRC, the one at the top is a UK one, the google one is a Jap import (JDM) one.

All DC5's are imports, as said the DC2's with the rounded headlights are official uk cars and the one's with the squared-off headlights are jdm imports.

UK DC2's were officially imported from 1997 - 2000, when it was replaced by the DC5. Honda chose not to officially import the dc5 because they felt it would take sales away from the Civic Type-R. JDM dc2's were available for import from much earlier which is why there's more of them about.

I have seen earlier uk look dc2s on piston heads though, earliest one I have seen is a 1994. So are these also imports?

If they have square headlights, then yes.
