Whistling noise when driving @60+

Every time I go over 60mph and mostly around 76mph I get a really loud wind whistling noise in the cabin. At first I thought it was the hole in the mirrors but have found that it is the sunroof. I have sealed my sunroof with windscreen sealer (had a leaking problem) but not sure how to fix unless I drive with it slighty open on the motorway.

Anyone had the same problem?

I had something similar and its either my auto wiper/light sensor or the roof light as when pressing on these areas it stops. have a search as a fair few people have had this issue.
