mine was delivered by business post last week, only thing with dell is most models made to order so take about 2 weeks to come anyway.

mine was through synchreon (north west) and they were useless. they lost my laptop after repeated delays and false delivery information. when i complained to dell they were virtually unresponsive and gave us very little in regards of compensation (either monetary or in a form of express manufacture/delivery- which was quite important as needed a laptop for CAD projects at uni.) to put into perspective...order was meant to be delivered on the 30th sept, it finally came yesterday.

Also got messed about with my sisters laptop too.
