Who works at O2 ??? help needed please.

I have phoned about 5 times since my 12 month contract at £15 a month should have expired, now they are charging me £30 a month, even though i refused to renew a few weeks before it was due to end. This was in december.

I have been told everytime that they will send me my PAC code thingy so i can get a contract elsewhere, now the fookers are taking the piss. I havent recieved anything.

If anyone works there, can you do me a favour and cancel my contract please?

Did you ask them to cancel it and then they kept on charging? if so just don't pay unless you really need the same number.

Thats why you've not got your PAC code

The payment has only just been refused by my old bank, and I started asking for my pac code in december.

I'd suggest calling customer services then. Its quite apparent they won't release the PAC until the account is clear, perhaps you are somehow committed to contract. As I said, speak to a supervisor and ensure you get all the info.

They said i have to write to them to cancel, which i think is b****cks! I didnt write to them when I bought the phone.

I was asking the r****d on the phone if I could have the £35 a month contract and xda orbit, and she kept saying no. WTF!!! I wanted to pay them what they were asking online, and she said unfortunately we cant do that offer as I havent spent enough in the last 12 months.

Complete waste of time, if I was a new customer I can get a good deal, but existing customers have to pay more...

I called twice about cancelling and had to tell one of the supervisors to "push the f**king button that sends me my PAC code before I start a legal case to put her out of a job and get the rest of my money back.

It's amazing how quick they do something when they realise you actually do want them to do it.. ?

emailing them usually works a treat, i just cancelled a contract by phone and asked for pac code job done usually ok they put my number to payasyougo and it cancelled within 7 days!
