Two people could have indentical details , age , years driving , ncb etc .... one in a good post code one in a bad post code and the quotes will vary massively .

about £400 for me & the mrs fully comp....with protected no claims & all the other stuff ticked... thats with privilege. (i'm not posh either)

But then i am getting on a bit now at 29! (saying that i was 27 when i first got it & it was still around that price then)

i asked quinn how much it would be to insure a 172 which i didnt have at the time and they said they dont offer cover for 172. then my mate told me(172 cup), tell them you own it and they will quote you...so i did there last week and he was right! so now fully comp on my 172 at 20yr old with 1 yrs NCB

depends on your job aswell i went from squaddie to veterinary nurse which is my new job and mine went down £500 so maybe change your job title? but keep it close to the original for example driver as a job change it to warehouse delivery driver or something like that on the insurance form?
