wierd sound when starting up

This only really happens when first turn on the car when its cold. Its bad these days as its really cold.

Basically it's like a slight rassping sound coming from under the car towards the front like under the engine o close by.

Do you think it could be part of the exhaust? Does anyone else get this could be normal

Rasping could be the centre section of the exhaust.

till it warms up. still kinda there but thats probably just me .

Definetly not centre section just had that replaced 2 weeks ago. Itsas if there was a front section of the exhaust.
