Will a 100 Watt Full Beam Bulb Melt My LED Sidelight?

Right, i got some 100watt bulbs for my full beam and i wondered if they could possibly melt my sidelight bulb?

My LED sidelights have always failed within 3 months due to the heat from the main bulb, and I only ever drive on sidelights round town at night!

I believe you can get some new ones with metal shielding but the ones you get from ultraleds are the ones I've had in the past that have always given up and starting flickering.

Strangely my review to point this out seems to have disappeared from the ultraleds site...
