If you mean 195/45/16 then that will be similar but a bit bigger overall than a 195/50/15.

195/50/15 = 576mm rolling diameter

195/45/16 = 581.9mm RD

A 205/45/16 would be even big still but not by a massive amount since the width affects the relative profile as the "45" refers to a percentage of the overall width of the tyre.

195/50s are supposed to give better traction not forgetting 16s will also be abit heavier!!!
