Williams BHP

What sort of BHP can a williams take before you start gettin problems like gearbox etc.. Also how much NOS could the engine take?

Would i be looking at a lot of problems if i was to be running like 250?

You going for 100bhp of NOS then? I think that may be a bit much without some work on the internals.

Well im in the planning or a surprise!

Be 50 - 75 Nos the rest will be from other mods! Engine will have a full rebuild so will that mean it will be ok with NOS?

I think i remember someone saying the gearbox is only good for 250 is that true?

i think the williams Gearbox can take upto 200bhp before you start getting issues. (So ive heard) anyway

no it will take more than 200bhp, 250 is were it will start to get a bit iffy.

From what I have heard about NOS it doesnt damage your engine unless you keep firing it at idle.

Ben R is your man to speak to about NOS.

N20 wont break your engine so long as you set it up correctly and dont do silly things with it. Of which ive written before so you can search it up, or i can help again when you get to actually doing it.

Nope, not particuarly, so long as there isnt an existing fault in your engine.

Well i will prob be getting a full rebuild with the new engine. How much NO2 would u recomend? I have read a few of your post on the topic before.

100bhp can be handles fine, its just about timing and fueling basically.

get soooo sick of this kind of reply about the Williams. whats so special about the williams? its a valver with wider track at the front n a 2 ltr engine, n a crap blue colour!

People mod cars cos they like the car but want to improve on what they already got. if you can mod something like an escort cosworth, modding a clio williams is nothing in comparison!
