Can anyone with standard strut springs on a williams tell me what colour they are?

he he i had this trouble, bought some from reno for 80 quid a spring, but they didnt know what to give me, they ended up giving me some off a 1.2 or summat, car looked like it was pulling a wheelie, moaned about it and ended up with some black ones i think

ReNWiLL, is the whole spring white or are they black with a little white paint mark as the colour code?

I want to be sure so I can avoid what happened to craggy!

Not too sure mate.....I know the guy who lowered My willy2 had trouble with renault. He eventually got through to someone who actualy knew all the colour codes and asked what colour were on it. My mechanic said White....the renault bloke replied, thats a 2.0 ltr Williams then eh?...DOH ! ... so there ya go.

I couldnt see any colour code on my springs, but there is precious little to look at without removing the wheel. The are black though.
