williams track car

bought a cheap williams stripoed out the interior put bucket seats in lowered it induction kit chipped it. took it out today and lost the back end all the time due heavy breaking the back brakes seem to just lock causing the car to skid. its very quick but if its going to do this on a track i might give up on it. any of you lot got any ideas what i can do to elliminate this problem? ???? i dont realy wont to put all the weight back in it. you can adjust the rear brake bias valve to alter the braking from the rear. Never had to do it though so will leave it for someone else to explain how, lol.

Under the rear of the car near the exhaust....tweak it then take the car for a spin until you get it perfect
