Wind noise!

Something I noticed ever since I first drove the car. Is it normal to hear wind noise from the door windows?
I see looking over the service history that it was brought up during services but it's till there! Common problem or are your cars OK?

It is both windows!

my 172 was pretty bad but I just lived with it after having the windows re-fitted 3 times by Renault, no improvement made. Thankfully the Megane is fine.

It does my nuts in. Is it when you go over about 60-70 mph?
Someone suggested replacing the windscreen wipers with Bosch ones (not sure if this will make a diff) and also someone said taping up the hole in the back of the windmirror stops it. Haven't done either yet so I don't know if either work

the noise in my 172 was coming from the top of the side windows due to poor fitting/build quality.

i get a whistling noise coming from outside the car at 30 - 40 mph and its not the wing mirror hole?

The moment I start going over 65mph the wind noise gets bad, over 100mph its REALLY bad! almost like Renault didn't expect ClioSport owners to drive there cars like they should be driven?!?!?!

yup.. i get it on the driver side, sound like coming from the back edge of the window seal. had it replaced but still the same. Seems to be when doing around 60-70
